“BBQ” Chicken - roasted Chicken quarters in an intense Tomato and Onion sauce

Chicken Pasta - cream based sauce chicken and mushrooms, best to be served
with spaghetti

Beef Goulash - my favourite of favourites, onion and paprika based beef stew, best to be served with fresh rye bread and ice-cold Pilsner Urquelle

Roasted Duck with Cabbage and Dumplings - roasted whole duck spiced with caraway, served with stewed red cabbage and potato

Dumplings Blueberry Crumble Pie - served with whipped cream or sour cream

Apple Strudel - rolled baked pastry filled with apples, raisins and cinnamon
